Preparation
- Step 1
- Cut vegetables into sticks.
- Step 2
- Pat each stick dry.
- Step 3
- Mix the last five ingredients together so that the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Step 4
- Place the sticks tightly packed in a jar with a lid.
- Step 5
- Pour the dressing into the jar and close tightly.
- Step 6
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 5 days. Use for Vietnamese sandwiches, spring rolls or to accompany a bowl of rice vermicelli and herbs.
